TRG Client Service Representatives­ provide a variety of customer services to BNY Mellon clients through application of knowledge of the BNYM designated services and products of this program. Answer inbound shareholder calls, review and collect client information to determine requirements­ for service solutions. Resolve customer requests, questions and complaints; requires analysis of situations to determine the best course to meet the customer’s needs. Provide detailed information,­ including balances and prices, by accurately accessing account information from databases while engaging the customer as well as entering appropriate notations. This position provides a comprehensive­ paid training program of eight weeks. This position is in a call center environment.­

TRG is located in the RIDC Business Park West near the Robinson Township area of Pittsburgh metro.

Candidates must be available to work 8 AM to 9 PM Monday through Friday. We offer paid training at $10.50 per hour with the opportunity to earn up to $15.50 per hour after successfully­ completing training.

Tasks:
Accept inbound phone calls from customers regarding their accounts
Answer customer questions and address customer concerns as well as offer BNYM and affiliate products on every call
Enter changes, notes and other records of interactions­ and transactions­ into the appropriate databases
Excellent attendance and schedule adherence is critical

Desktop computer

Meets or exceeds daily/ weekly/ monthly targets as defined by the program
Excellent verbal expression with speech clarity
Critical thinking
Basic PC skills

Education:
High School Graduate or equivalent, some college coursework preferred
