Description
The Call Center Representative­ shall make telephone calls on behalf of our clients. The position performs according to established quality assurance standards and within guidelines set forth by the company and the client. The Call Center Representative­ is expected to meet and/or exceed established goals, attend and actively participate in training, re-training and up-training programs. Hours of operation are dictated by client demands and agents must be available during these times.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Utilize sales skills and soft skills to provide client services and goods to both existing and new customers.
• A sales agent generates sales of our client’s services and products and must represent TRG Customer Solutions and its clients with the utmost integrity and professionalism.­
• Consistently­ meets established program requirements.­
• Provides exceptional sales ability and maintains established acceptance rating on quality monitoring tests.
• Accurately inputs, retrieves and accesses information regarding a customer from a computer system.
• Displays professionalism­ and courtesy at all times.
• Quickly and correctly answers product questions.
• Clearly understands the practices and procedures of the department and job responsibilities­.
• Hours of operation are 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. M – F and Saturday 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Applicants must be available during these times as schedules are subject to change.

Requirement
• Excellent verbal skills Reliable transportation­

• Basic to Moderate computer skills
• Ability to type 25 wpm
• Outgoing personality
• Sales experience helpful but not required.
