I currently live in Mission University Pines Apartment in West Durham (near intersection­ of MLK & University Dr), Near Duke University and Duke Hospital. Currently living in a one bedroom looking to move to a two bedroom in the same complex to reduce my living costs. Would need to sign a lease with complex together, so must pass credit check or cosigner. Would like a female, sexual preference not important, gainfully or full time employed or student able to still pay the bills. Deposit, rent and utilities to be split half evenly and ON TIME. These are a must and a deal breaker if bills not paid on time. Smoker & occasional drinkers welcome. Dogs are also welcome, but no cats. Lizards, snakes, fish, ect..okay.
