Carpet & Vinyl Flooring Installations­ For Kutztown Student Housing
I am a local floor contractor ( Northern Berks ) with 25 years of experience, specializing­ in low cost flooring that is attractive & durable for rental units. I have a very good quality inexpensive Carpet & Vinyl that will hold-up to the abuse that tenants can have on floorcovering.­ I should be able to save you money in both long and short term since these products are both durable and inexpensive.­
The Carpet is a 10 year , 100% solution dyed olefin continuous filament fiber berber which offers superior stain resistance, colorfastness­ and anti-static properties. Although not recommended,­ I have installed this carpet on my patio since olefin is also used to make Astro-Turf.
The vinyl is a Flexitic
