Job Description:­

Roles and Responsibilities­

Senior Associates generally have four to seven years experience and have passed the CPA exam or are in the process of obtaining their CPA certification.­ Seniors are expected to know and fully understand the Firm's policies and procedures, possess technical knowledge sufficient to supervise staff accountants,­ acquire the ability to develop quality client relationships­ and loyalty, begin to develop a command for various accounting principles, financial reporting and auditing standards and procedures and assume the responsibility­ for supervision,­ financial statement engagements,­ and research and performance of tax engagements.­
Qualifications­

The ideal candidate will have 4- 7 years of public accounting experience with commercial businesses (manufacturing,­ retail, Architectural­ & Engineering,­ professional­ services, high tech. etc.) They should have some tax experience in addition to their audit skills
