Fun, exciting family environment!!­ I am a stay at home mother of three awesome children ages 13, 16 and 20and my step-children­ range in age from 6, 12, 16, 24, 28, 30 and all the older children have grown up became Marine's Teachers, nurse and so much more and the younger ones are one there way. So as you can see our house was never empty.

Being a single mother at the time I just got sick of trying to find good quality childcare for my oldest child, now 20 so I started my own and here I am 20 years later and loving what I am doing not only am I home with my children but I can help make a difference in another parent's daily struggle as well parent's have it hard enough just going to work every day and as a parent myself I know how hard it is to leave your child with someone other than family!! And even family can be a nightmare if you no what I mean, or the neiborhood teenager that invites her boyfriend's over and end up in an out of control party.......Yes­ I have tried it all!!!! Just to get my pay check and after I paid the babysitter walked away with enough gas to start all over again on Monday OH JOY!!! LOL So STOP RIGHT HERE AND LET ME HELP!!!

So here is what, I do this in my home so I can do some of the things you might do for instance I love to cook with the kids and I make cookies with different colored icing and shape not only do they get to eat their tasty treats but they are learning colors and shapes as well. I do read to the kids every day and we work on their ABC's and 123's I keep everything as a game for them so they are learning and they don't even know it!!

Recently for the past 2 1/2 year I have been working with hospice taken care of my mother until her passing and later taking a job with them and although it was a great opportunity to work as a hospice nurse it is time for me to get back to what I love doing and that is being with the little ones where mother and child always come first. There is nothing more rewarding than seeing a child smile and watch them learn and grow and having the feeling that I played a small part in that because mom allowed me too it is the best feeling in the world.
