We launched a website to collect & display submissions for a project. Due to budget, we used our amateur knowledge of Wordpress to build the website. Visiting the Square Inches of Love website, you will get the idea of how it currently works and its limitations.­

Issues we would like to have addressed:

Automation between "Submission­s" and the "List of Love"
• 'Name As You Want It To Appear On The "List of Love"',­ 'City', 'State', 'Country' should automatically­ transfer to appropriate fields on "List of Love"
• Date of submission should auto fill in "List of Love" entry
• If image is submitted, it should -- in addition to still being sent via email -- be downsized, given a 150 pixel height, and added to the "List of Love"

Currently, there is no collaboration­ between the payment processing and the submission form, i.e. someone can send a submission without making payment. We want tied together seamlessly.

The “Traveling Squares” registration­ is currently a "clunky&quo­t; use of Google Docs.

We would like to edit the theme to remove the "Page name" field and have the menu button of the "active­ page" highlighted somehow instead.

It would be nice if the "square­ counter"­ could be automated, but we need to maintain manual override capabilities­ to account for offline payments and submissions (The number currently isn't a "counter&qu­ot; at all. We manually update it).

If maintaining the same “floating share buttons” plug in, we would like the Tweet button to line up correctly.

NOTE: We want to continue manually placing the image on the homepage grid and entering the coordinates on the "List of Love". We would like to keep Wordpress as we are familiar with its interface -- but we are willing to get rid of it if important in achieving our website goals. We do want to maintain a simple "theme"­; -- no complicated flash or "skip the intro" type things -- clear, fast, and simple is the goal.

We'd like your ideas, an estimate of associated cost, and maybe an hourly rate for any maintenance requests we might have? We would also like links to verifiable samples of work.
