BUSINESS DESCRIPTION:­ San Diego Electric Bike is a one of a kind shop that builds bikes to customer needs; Custom, Performance,­ Off-Road, Torque, Distance, Price. I am the only fully Licensed Home Business Independent Operator In San Diego County that has Dealer Status to obtain wholesale prices for Wilderness Energy, Crystalyte, Mac, Bafang, BMC, Niconia, Golden Motors USA, ECO-Speed, PING LiFePo4 Battery, ALL-Cell Li-Ion Battery, Chrome SLA Battery, Long Yih DNP Products, Cycle Analyst, and more. We customize and modify all types of bikes to electrical assist operation; Folding, Tandem, MTB, Comfort, Cruiser, Recumbent, Adult Trike. Sales include Conversion Kits and E-Bikes, bike accessories,­ tune-ups, repairs and performance projects (36/48/60/72volt­) per customer request.

Demographics;­ Both Men and Women, ages range from 25-93 years purchase electric bikes. At least 30% of all customers require electric bikes assist due to minor disabilities.­ Approx 5% of our customers choose electric bike transportation­ due to loss of DMV license privilege.

Business hours are displayed on the website contact page, and inform potential clients to schedule by Appointment and/or Demonstrations.­ If customers are not scheduled, your free to promote the business, place orders, conduct basic repairs, works on project s or take personal time off.

Since Inceptions we have been growing each quarter with minimal advertising.­ Word of Mouth & our Website has brought in most of the Business. There is no manufacturing.­ There are a few basic shop tools to install, assemble, & modify conversion components (included in the sale price). San Diego Electric Bike can be easily promoted on consignment at other bike shops. Most shops don't deal with Electric Bikes & forward business to us. Most of our electric bikes are designed and considered bicycles rather than motorized vehicles since they have assisted power no greater than 20 miles per hour, however, we do build many high performance e-bikes to suit customer desires & needs.

Assisted power means these bikes combine electric power with actual manpower creating a hybrid approach to cycling and require no special licensing, registration­ or insurance to ride. Performance bikes are built 1) to assist those with disabilities­ (up hills) 2) some exceed legal requirements­ are classified as Off-Road, in which a Release of Liability Statement is signed by the Customer.
