We are a local Charleston company. Everyone who works for Extra Pair of Hands lives and their kids goes to school in the Charleston area. That means your money stays in the Charleston area and not to another area of the world.

You will always get trained and experienced American citizens that speaks English as their first language. Even if it wasn't the law, We won't hire anything but American citizens and we never use day laborers, temps or subcontract your move.

Every day is military, veteran, teacher, nurse and emergency first responder appreciation­ day , because we give you a discount on every move.

There are NO Extra fees, taxes, surcharges or surprises at the end of your move, so you always know what your price is. We are a moving company not an airplane, phone, cable company or the government. Always ask if there are any other fees that go with their hourly rate. With Extra Pair of Hands there won't be.

We work 366 days and evenings a year, so if you can only move on the weekend, we can be there for you. If you can only move in the evening, we can be there for you. If its last minute, we may have availability­ to do it. We will book on the weekend and evening for your convenience.­

We do not supply a truck, we will not rent one in our name, we will not drive your truck. You can rent one at a very reasonable price. Any bozo can have a truck, but can they handle what you want done with your belongings.We­ don't supply boxes. We don't supply mobile storage units We don't supply ABFS(upak) You have to contact them yourself.
