Property preservation­ company located on Granville Ave. in Muncie is currently hiring physically fit field workers to provide maintenance and repair services for vacant properties. Work consists of debris/ furniture removal, lock changes, boardups, cleaning, winterizations,­ lawn maintenance,­ minor construction­ and repairs, damage reports, etc. The job starts at minimum wage and periodic salary evaluations will be offered. Advancement opportunities­ will also be available.

Requirements:­ Company vehicles will be used therefore valid driver's licenses with no major violations are a must. Driver's license history will be checked. Drug testing is mandatory and will be scheduled for all applicants before being hired. Experience in construction,­ building maintenance or similar is preferred. Basic computer skills are required. Candidates must at least be experienced with the Internet, website usage, paperwork and digital photo uploads, and navigation systems.

Some overnight trips will be required with hotels and meals provided by the company. Some late nights, overtime and Saturday hours will also be required.
