Busy accounting home-office seeking qualified P/T applicant to work approximately 20 hours per week as a Receptionist/Office Assistant
Applicant must be up-beat, confident, energetic and very sharp with ability to multi-task and organize several ongoing projects at any time. Must also be able to handle constant interruptions due to phones or urgent tasks. Self-starter skills and ability to work with little instruction/supervision is required.
Computer skills are a must -- applicant needs to proficient in Excel, Word and internet research. QuickBooks experience is helpful but not necessary.
Employee hired will handle phones, appointment scheduling, filing, email sorting and correspondence, and other general office duties.
Reliable transportation REQUIRED. Employee may run some errands and will be reimbursed for mileage when running errands.
