Administrative Assistant to Owner Wanted
Seeking an organized, responsible, mission-driven individual to provide office support for our company
The basic duties include: manage general office functions; schedule meetings, prepare materials; organize and maintain paper and computer filing systems; assist in personnel and program matters; record bills; work with other staff to accomplish general goals of organization. The job duties are fluid; a successful candidate will be flexible and enjoy handling multiple tasks while being firm enough to set limits that will assist those s/he is supporting to complete their work.
This is a full/Part time position with competitive benefits.
Employment Requirements:Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to use a computer-based data entry system; and good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. A basic familiarity with QuickBooks Pro is preferred, but we will train an otherwise qualified applicant. Logical thinking abilities are a must.
