Looking for a roommate in my 2 bedroom apartment for a mid April move in. Apartment was just renovated with upgrades in December. Building has doorman, elevators, and laundry.

The apartment is very roomy and absolutely beautiful, I promise you will fall in love
with it when you see it.Rent is $690 which includes ALL utilities! (heat/ac, electric, Internet, water,cable and I do have Netflix and Hulu+ on the TV).
The apartment is furnished with bed for a very reasonable price.

About me: I am 24 graduate on the UES. I have a very social life and enjoy going out and having fun on the weekends. I am laid back but keep the apartment VERY clean. I like to have a nice comfortable clean place to come home to and relax after a long day. I am ideally looking for someone that can move in for up to a year but short term situations are also OK.

The building allows pets but I will only consider small very well trained animals.

Absolutely no cigarettes in the apartment. I am willing to live with a male or female in
