Customer Service Representatives­ assist our Real Estate customers in scheduling their showing appointments.­ NO SALES, NO TELEMARKETING,­ AND NO COLD CALLING REQUIRED.

***Part-Time­ and Full-Time positions available***­

Hours of Operation: Monday – Saturday: 7:30a – 8:00p; Sunday: 7:30a – 6:00p
*All new hires must be available to work shifts Friday, Saturday and Sunday*

Job Description
1. Assist licensed agents and/or authorized vendors in scheduling appointments­ to view homes.
2. Assist homeowners and/or listing agents in adding or modifying instructions­ to properties by recording updated names, telephone numbers or other information as needed.
3. Contact customers to notify them about showings appointments­ or changes for appointments.­
4. Complete and/or update all callbacks before leaving for the day or notify Supervisor on Duty if not completed and why.
5. Refer any unresolved customer grievances or problems to a Team Leader or Supervisor for further investigation­ as needed.
6. Requires great articulation­ and pronunciation;­ friendly and outgoing phone voice
7. Must be dependable and punctual in attendance
8. Flexibility in schedule availability­ to meet company needs.
9. Prefer high school diploma or GED and previous customer service skills/experienc­e.
10. Required basic computer skills (i.e. typing and navigating between programs/screens­ to enter data and process information)­
11. Must be able to maintain a professional­ appearance and attitude
12. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment,­ multi-task, and perform duties with a minimum of supervision
