Payer Supervised Visitations,­ LLC offers off-site visitation to qualifying families.In order for a family to qualify for off-site visits, Payer Supervised Visitations,­ LLC staff must determine that it is safe and responsible to allow visitation to occur outside of a facility and the Custodial Parent must give permission of the child to leave any named facilitywith­ Payer Supervised Visitations,­ LLC staff.

The supervisor will take notes during the visit. Afterward, a Supervised Visitation Report will be drafted and ill be sent no later than one week after the visitation date.

Please be aware that the impressions,­ opinions, and concerns of the supervisor, as well as the items the supervisor feels are noteworthy, are all subjective.

The supervised visit fee is $55.00 an hour with a minimum of two hours for any visit. This fee may vary depending on the location of the meeting site, the number of children to be supervised as well as other factors. Before any supervised visitations begin, the paying parent will be told the exact hourly cost. Payment is due at the beginning of the visit and will be paid to the supervisor per the agreement between the parties. The fee must be paid in cash or money order.
No personal checks will be accepted.

Any expenses incurred by the supervisor during the course of the supervised visit
and which are essential to carrying out the scheduled visitation, are to be paid by
the non-custodial­ parent. For example, if the visit location requires the purchase
of tickets, the visiting party will pay the cost of the tickets.
