DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS­
• Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
• Strong familiarity with project management software, including MS Project.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented,­ collaborative­ environment is essential.
• Strong team leadership and facilitation­ skills required.
• Solid understanding­ of project management tools and methodologies,­ and ability to develop and manage project plans and budgets.
• Strong verbal and written communication­ skills, including excellent presentation­ skills.
• 3 or more years of SAP project delivery experience with at least two full lifecycle implementations.­
(any module) plus a deep understanding­ of SAP software and products.
• 5 - 7 years industry experience in the functional business discipline relevant to the assigned SAP project (e.g. CRM, human resources, finance, etc.) and is viewed as a credible representative­ of that busienss function.
• Expertise in the management of SAP projects and has a broad understanding­ of SAP functionality.­
• Experience in one or more SAP modules and appropriate functional area knowledge and experience: HR, FI, EC, GRC, MDM, MM, PM or CRM
• SAP ASAP Certification.­
• Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM).
• Project Management Professional­ (PMP).
• Information Technology Infrastructure­ Library (ITIL) Certification.­
• Six Sigma Certification.­
• Certified SCRUM Master.
• MS/M.B.A. degree highly desirable (but with undergraduate­ degree in a technical discipline).­

Job Summary & Responsibilities­
Client is looking for a Senior SAP Technical Project Manager to manage the overall coordination,­ status reporting, financials, schedules and stability of project-oriented­ work efforts, ensuring that project goals and objectives are met within agreed-upon time, scope and resource requirements.­ This person coordinates work performed by IT staff and internal customers / partners by defining project requirements,­ and performing feasibility and needs / impact assessments.­ We are looking for someone who can develop detailed project plans and manage all implementation­ processes including resource allocation, vendor / procurement management, risk management, progress tracking, monitoring change control process, testing, documentation,­ training and on-time delivery within budget constraints.­ The Sr Project Manager coordinates elements of communication­ and change/process­ management related to project outcomes across the organization­ as appropriate.­
