We are looking for individuals to sponsor for a free 75 hour course that will qualify you to get your license and begin your career as a Showing Agent with us.......

What are the duties of a showing agent?
We have dozens of clients contacting showing agents when they are looking to move.
After speaking to a potential client we must do a search on our online database for rental properties or available homes for sale.
You then take the clients to the top 2 or 3 vacancies in walking distance of each other that fit their criteria and qualifications­ and BOOM! Before you know it you will be depositing your check in the bank.
Unlike selling homes, with rentals your piece of the commission is paid out within the week.
It's simple! No experience necessary! This is a hands-on position where you will be dealing with clients and showing them apartments that fit their requirements,­ we have all the leads so there is no cold calling required all you need to do is advertise the inventory for free online, set your schedule and RENT, RENT, RENT!

Requirements:­

***NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED***
Must be over the age of 18
Must have a Cell Phone
Must have basic computer skills
Must be outgoing with good communication­ skills
Must be self-motivated­ and goal driven
Bilingual is a Plus
