This lot of Wedding Dresses and Gowns is part of an insurance claim and is being sold by the Company to recover costs against the claim. A hot water tank rupture and subsequent flooding of the area the dresses were located caused water damage and staining. The staining on the dresses about 6 to 8 inches from the bottom as well as patterned staining on the wedding dress trains.

The dresses have been dried, boxed, and removed from the premise and stored appropriately­ until sold.
