I've created a new form of intuitive spiritual body-coaching­ - an inspired mix of touch, talk, breath, imagination and bliss.

Intuition, a sharp mind, compassion, a sense of humor and a great set of healing hands that LOVE to touch and pamper, these are my primary tools.

Each session is unique, and may include soothing touch, slow rocking, deeper bodywork, guided imagery and the use of my handmade shakers over the body - depending upon the clients needs, desires, body type and condition, informed by what I intuit during our session together.

Essential to our healing process together is the proper use of the breath and sound vibration. Therefore I encourage clients to fully participate in their own healing by the use of pause breathing, a slow deep breath that fills the belly, mid-section and lungs to capacity, which is then paused at both the top and the bottom of each breath. I also encourage sounding on breath, which includes airy sighs and voicing, i.e. the production of long slow voice-filled­ moans. These internally created sound vibrations promote healing from within to facilitate my work from the outside using touch and percussive sound via my shakers.
