Coil spring pressure loaded are mounted to grinding chamber outer housing
Stationary support shafts extend into chamber with internally pressure lubricated free rotating grinding tires attached to shaft end
Horizontal plane grinding table is conical/cup shape, mounted on vertical heavy duty shaft, driven by worm and pinion gear mounted underneath mill
The grinding table rotates beneath rollers in a lined grinding chamber, trapping and reducing gravity Grinding friable product between the hard surfaces.
Product is fed onto center of rotating table and centrifugal forces moves pieces outward into path of rollers
Grinding chamber is air swept by an external axial fan, driven off bowl gearbox or independently­
Product is exhausted through adjustable vanes and airflow valves at mill top, carried in the air stream as particles are reduced to desired size
Air and particles are typically separated in an external cyclone collector first then a bag-house, not included but available
Requires 500 HP motor and 200 HP fan, available extra
