I am licensed by the EEC. I am fully insured. I have worked in residential settings for children for the past 10 + years. Typically, the children arrive at my house. We cut up fruit up for breakfast along with some cereal. When the weather is nice we go to the park, maybe bring a picnic basket. At the park I sing while pushing them on swings, teach them about ducks, birds, dogs or any other animals passing through. We come back to her house for snack, play and lunch. We all practice eating, with spoons and forks and small cups. Faces are washed and teeth are brushed before nap time. After nap time, we read, do puzzles and have quiet play before running around more. We have afternoon snack games and continue with our day.
I am a warm, caring, energetic, organized mom who is looking forward to taking care more children. I am easy going. I love to teach children with songs and activities. I am firm when the need is there, however I am very empathetic. I enjoy taking them to new places and being busy all the time.
I am available Monday-Friday­ afternoons and Monday Wednesday, Friday mornings in My Family Daycare.
