Year after year, I wondered why there was so much turmoil in the real estate arena, when the answers were so obvious, at least to me.

As I saw my own savings accumulate, I had to find a way of passing this on.

As I kept pointing to this and that in the news, on TV, I noticed that it was drowned out by too many conflicting signals. Who is to be believed? Who is to be ignored?

Aren't there clues, major clues, just simply from history to lower the risk?

Dozens of my acquaintances­ kept telling me '...you should write a book....'

So, I finally did; at least on a major portion of what's working. I'm saving more for a much larger project.

Let's just keep it simple for now.
