1623-Senior SAP Business Analyst/Solution­ Architect - Retail - CA

Location: Los Angeles, CA
Duration: Full-time PERM
Rate: $110-$120k Bonus, Some Relo assistance
Visa: Any - USC, Canadian, H1b-Will transfer and sponsor GC
Limited travel required.
SAP MM, or SD - but need to have Retail experience.

Skills required:
· Education: BS or BA Degree required.
· A minimum of 8 years IT experience and at least 5 years SAP experience which should include multiple implementation­ projects and exposure to a SAP support environment
· At least 2 years of experience with SAP Retail, specifically­ MM Retail, Procure-to-Pay/I­nventory Management - and/or SD Pricing/Promotio­ns.
· Detailed knowledge of all the major business processes and associated functionality­ in Retail highly preferred
· Strong ability to understand and explain to others the cross-functional­ and company-wide­ implications­ of business process decisions and their implementation­ in an SAP environment
· Strong written and oral communication­ skills and an open communication­ style
· Strong analytical and problem solving skills
· Project and Portfolio Management experience a plus

This position will fulfill a pivotal role in the SAP Retail implementation­ activities, working with both internal and external resources.
The company is investing heavily in IT and technology, to transform the organization­ and to ready it to triple it's store count in the next decade. SAP Retail is front and center at this transformation,­ it's a strategic driver and as a result they are in the process rolling-out SAP retail solutions including HANA and Mobility technology. This is a full-time, salaried role with the company/SAP end-user. Limited travel required.
