It appears that at some time during the transit, the machine tilted and sustained damage. The external cage is slightly twisted. Internals may have been affected.

Hamilton Robotics has inspected the machine and provided a repair estimate of US$60,833.00,­ which includes a completely new frame, modular assembly, new channels and guide rails - with repair by Hamilton in Reno, NV.
