We are seeking an experienced and energetic personal lines CSR (Customer Service Representative 'Rep') who values the ideals of teamwork and dependability. Applicants for this position must find satisfaction in having a positive and proactive attitude in the work setting. Adaptability is essential as our agency continues to grow and seek new challenges. At least 3 years experience within personal lines is preferred. Current P & C license is required. $8 - $12 per hour plus bonus. Responsibilities include the following: • Remain knowledgeable and up to date on all Personal Lines Insurance products and guidelines • Service customers within our book of business; quote and write new accounts, as well as implement changes to existing policies • Cross-sell other lines of business within accounts • Answer telephones promptly and courteously • Complete proper computer documentation of all correspondence, calls and activities • Maintain customer files properly in accordance to agency and company procedure • Become proficient with agency management system • Maintain good relationships with company personnel and underwriters • Attend agency meetings and other educational opportunities as required Please email (ssmith.csi.employment@gmail.com) or fax (866-407-0918) resume.
