Nice Large bedroom with Private Bathroom and large closet awaits you for January 1st or possibly sooner. I have a beautiful 4,500 SqFt House inside The Prestigious, quiet Neighborhood of Mountains Edge. Rent is $600 per month on the 1st of every month with basic utilities included. (High Speed internet, Gas, Electric and Water would be included for $600 a month) I am a female so I Prefer having a female roommate (or Gay Male), non smoker, NO drugs. Must be clean, and respectful. Perfect for a female UNLV student, school teacher or single Professional female. My ideal roommate would be a FEMALE with a stable job, or a student with steady income that guaranteed her rent would be paid on time. She would need to be a clean, respectful individual who does not do any type of drugs. I am 30, Your Age is NO ISSUE but you must be a responsible person. I do have 2 pets, so you must like small animals. I am a dream room mate, I love to cook, if I get home before you, I would have a nice dinner ready to share with you, I am clean and tidy but not anal retentive, more easy going and comfortable. I would like to room with someone who I can have a nice living relationship/friendship with, somewhat of a family type of atmosphere. She would play her part as a roommate by paying her rent on time and cleaning up after herself. Yet we would have some sort of friendship level where we can talk during free time while we are home together and maybe watch a movie on lazy days or share a nice meal. We room together and have our own lives, but still go out and do things together on occasion and have fun. I will be the one to listen to all of your problems on a bad day and assure you that everything is going to be alright. If I am at the grocery store we would have a comfort level where I can call her up and ask her if she needs anything. If she forgot her clothes in the dryer, I would fold them for her and hope that she would respect my belongings in the same fashion. My House is a comfortable home, so I want a comfortable roommate who is honest and respectful and CLEAN. I just work, come home and relax and socialize with friends during the weekends. I do not throw wild parties at my house, nor do I desire that kind of atmosphere. If you are looking for a party house, this is not the place. Major Cross Streets are Durango and Blue Diamond. Very close to both The 215 and the 95 Freeways. Plenty of Shopping centers nearby.
