| $520 I am looking to rent out my spare room on a short term (1-8 months) or part time roommate (someone who would only need the room 3-4 days a week) basis, the room is available as soon as you would like to move in. I am not necessarily looking for a college student, young professionals, visitors to the area and graduate students are also welcome. Rent for a a full time short term roommate is $520 which includes all of your utilities: water, sewer, trash, electric, gas, cable and internet. If you are looking to rent the room part time please contact me for a rent rate. This is perfect for someone who does not want to sign a long term lease or who will only be in the area for a short time! *TV with stand, remote and cable *Option to have a cable box that receives HBO, HBO on demand, Starz, Starz on demand, Comcast on demand and Encore on demand at renters expense *Optional mini fridge for a small utility fee per month *Lock with key on the door *Bed with sheets, pillow cases and pillows *Spacious closet *2 windows *Personal space in the kitchen to store you food/kitchen items *Personal space in the bathroom to store toiletries *Dresser with mirror *Large washer/dryer available to all roommates *Secured wireless internet *Pets are welcome with a pet deposit The room is located at the back of the house so it does not receive street noise and is typically very quiet and peaceful. The dimensions are 12ft L X 10ft W. The house is 1250 sq ft with 1.5 bathrooms. Right now there are 2 people in the house, we are both very quiet, respectful fun loving and hard working college students.
