| $550 Hello, We have a room for rent in our 3 bedroom home in Santee. We have a private fenced backyard in a good area off Mast Blvd and near Cuyamaca Street. My name is Dan and my fiances name is Melaney. I am 45 and Melaney is 49. Melaney's son Joshua, who is 18, lives with us also. He is in school. We both are gone most weekdays. We are up and out very early. Its melow around here during the weekdays since we have a schedule to keep. We do our playing on the weekends. We charge $400.00 for rent & $150.00 covers SDG&E, regular phone, internet yahoo DSL, water, trash, cox cable & washer & dryer in the garage. You have full access to the kitchen. Food is not included and will be extra if you plan to eat with us. You would be sharing a bathroom with my son. The room is furnished however you can furnish it yourself if you like. We enjoy having bonfires in the back yard. Our home has a fireplace in the living room, den has additional sitting where they play a lot video game, movies. We love animals we have a small dog & cat.
