Small but rapidly growing Chicago based company in the web design field seeks a smart, experienced, and well organized individuals for Online/Sales Associate positions. This position will manage sales of software and web design application projects and participate in all phases of the lifecycle of software application development with emphasis on project planning, requirements gathering and definition, driving resolution of requirements, design, and testing issues, and coordinating tasks involving dependencies on cross-functional teams. Key abilities should include: - Assist customers in product design and documenting projects by understanding the technical and business requirements - Ability to define and control project scope - Business professional acumen (face and non-face client exposure) - Sound communication skills - written and verbal - Ability to work with a broad group of individuals - business and technology - Ability to understand the complex technical and network issues - Ability to identify and develop solutions - Ability to multi-task within projects and with multiple projects Requirements: • Work in close contact with Sales and Technical Associate to oversee the execution of assigned projects from inception to delivery. • Deliver projects on time, within budget and within the agreed project scope. • Be the central point of communication for all project-related correspondence, both internal and external. • Provide direction and supply all supporting documentation and information to team members, both internal and external, on a timely basis. • Command of the project development process (software, data collection, web or combination) • Monitoring schedule in relation to project teams and deliverables; keeping all team members informed of potential pitfalls or changes that will affect schedules and due dates • Development of estimates and proposals (with key team members) • Coordinating and preparing client meetings • Effectively communicating with client and internal team members; appropriately disseminating information at key project moments • Participating actively in internal client services team meetings and group initiatives; making suggestions for improvements in process; working cooperatively with team leads across all functional disciplines NOTE: Please send resume with work history, salary history and hourly rate/compensation requirements.
