• Answer and forward incoming calls, emails and faxes, take messages, and answer queries;
• Meeting and greeting customers at the front desk and directing them to appropriate staff;
• Coordinating organisational correspondence including preparing outgoing mail, distributing newsletters
and publications, and keeping contact lists up-to-date;
• Bookings of all company resources i.e. training rooms, pool cars
• Monitoring stationery and kitchen supplies, office equipment, furniture and facilities, and ordering
supplies on a regular basis and liaise with the Purchasing Officer on requirements;
• Organising supplies for meetings and events;
• Data entry contracts database, and other program-related databases as
requested;
• Developing agendas
