Onsite Laptop and Computer Repair

0 Nexicore is currently looking for a technician to run 2 types of service calls in the Hobbs area. The technician should be A+ certified or have equivalent experience.

The first type of call Nexicore runs is a break/fix or warranty service call. This type of call is really anybody who has purchased a PC with an extended warranty. If the users PC breaks down Nexicore would receive a service job from the warranty company. Nexicore would assign the call to your company to provide on-site support. After the call is assigned to your company a part that has been pre-diagnosed will be shipped to your location. Nexicore requests that when the part is received you contact the customer and set up a timely repair.

The second type of service call that you would receive from Nexicore is a premium service job. This service call has been created from a customer that has made a purchase from a major retailer, such as memory upgrade, PC networking, virus removal, computer tune up or anything else sold at the store level. You would perform this service onsite.

Nexicore's goal is to keep technicians on site no more than one hour; if your are going to run more than an hour, Nexicore has a wonderful tech support team that you can call and speak with. Our tech support department will work with you to get you off site as soon as possible.

Nexicore does work on a flat rate per call and on a net 30; checks are cut on the 10th business day of each month.
