I am a single 31 year old female looking for a female roommate. The condo community is called The Vineyards. The location is within 4 blocks of the bus stops. I am out of town most Friday/Saturdays. I have 3 cats (all very shy) so a dog that gets along with cats is negotiable (would have to try to see if they can get along the cats like dogs…) The condo has new hardwood floors, and has recently been repainted. I clean weekly and keep things neat and tidy and expect the same in return. One bedroom and private bath (shower and tub) for rent. The room is 13x11 with two windows and large closet (shown in picture). It is within a 2 BR/2BA condo What you get for your rent: ALL utilities including electricity, water, cable with premium channels, phone, wireless secure internet. Secure entry locked corridor. Use of the entire condo living room with flat screen wall mounted TV with surround sound, washer/dryer, and dishwasher, cabinet space will be given for your food. All pots and pans can be used. Full use of community amenities: 24 hr gym, sauna, pool (open seasonally). Looking for a 6 month lease with $600 security deposit. I will furnish it for $890 a month. With dog deposit will be $400. I will have several questions as well as request proof that income is sufficient to cover your rent. Occupancy could be immediate. Showings can be scheduled for between 6-8PM.
