| $450 I have one private bedroom for rent. It is in a single family home (rambler style.) The top level has all hardwood floors and the basement is 1/2 carpeted. Beautiful & quiet area, nice neighbors, several parks nearby. Two grocery stores & other "shopping areas" nearby. It is also close to several bus stops. Shared: bathroom, living room, kitchen, basement, laundry room (with 2 adult females and 2 small children.) One outside private parking space is available. Rent amount ($450 per month) includes all utilities, + optional telephone & internet usage. Cost of groceries is extra. The room is currently furnished, but can be cleaned out if you need it to be. No security deposit is required. Rent $$ will be paid before you move in, and on the last day of each month thereafter. I am also open to the idea of a week-by-week roomie, just let me know what your situation is. No pets. No drug usage or drinking allowed. No wild parties allowed.
