Requirements:­ Must be Board Certified, First professional­ Medical degree; completion of 48-month Neurology residency; Texas medical license (license in good standing); training in Electromyography­ (EMG), Electroencephalo­graphy (EEG), Autonomic Testing, Chemodenervation­, Evoked Potentials.
